We have an immediate opening for a full-time Advanced Diesel Technician to efficiently diagnose, service and repair various types of agriculture and construction equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Diagnosing & Repairing: Use your skills to identify failures and confirm repairs with equipment and recommend service for continued equipment reliability.
2. Analyzing & Confirming: Complete and check electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and diesel repairs on equipment to customer satisfaction.
3. Meeting and Exceeding: Perform quality service work and attain collectable efficiency, billable efficiency, labor sales, and rework goals.
4. Documenting and Submitting: Complete work order and forms for service operations in a timely and accurate manner.
5. Collaborating & Communicating: Focus on success through effective communication and teamwork to generate expected results.
6. Being Safe & Trained: Maintain a clean and safe working environment and continually improve skills to enhance performance and opportunities.
