Job summary

ZS, a management consulting and technology firm, is seeking an Advanced Data Science Associate - Intern to design, develop and execute high-impact analytics solutions for large, complex data sets. You will work with clients and teammates to translate analysis into practical insights and contribute to the analytics platform.

You’ll pursue a Master’s degree in CS or statistics (in-progress) and apply AI/ML techniques, PySpark, and SQL while communicating clearly.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS or stats (in-progress) with strong academic performance.
• Knowledge of AI/ML techniques (predictive modelling, text mining, recommender systems).
• Knowledge of Deep Learning/AI Technologies (LLMs, Gen AI, Transformers).
• Familiarity with Bayesian Learning, Causal Modeling, and PySpark.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced algorithms for large dimensionality problems.
• Apply statistical/data mining techniques to identify trends in large data sets.
• Collaborate with clients and ZS stakeholders to communicate analysis findings.
• Evaluate emerging datasets and technologies for the analytics platform.
