Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate and Registered Technologist.
• ARRT registration required.
• Must hold and maintain RI radiography and CTD licenses.
• Credentialed as Computer Tomography Technologist.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in spiral CT scanning (multi-slice).
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic radiography and CT scans per physician orders.
• Prepares equipment, positions patients, and applies proper techniques.
• Prepares required reports and documentation; maintains work area.
• Transports patients to CT area and assists during CT process.
• Maintains equipment and ensures patient confidentiality.
• Performs other related duties to support department activities.
