Job summary

The Fargo VA Health Care System is recruiting for an Intermittent (as needed) Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist - Computed Tomography in the Diagnostic Imaging service line. Salary noted is based on a full-time schedule and will be pro-rated for hours worked.

Applicants must hold ARRT Radiography certification and, where applicable, Advanced ARRT CT certification. Completion of a JRCERT-accredited program and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

  • ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required.
  • Advanced ARRT certification required for CT/MRI/Mammography duties.
  • Completion of a 24-month post-high school radiologic technology program (JRCERT or DOE-recognized).
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English per VA standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CT imaging equipment to obtain high-quality examinations.
  • Work under supervision and rotate CT responsibilities.
  • Perform CT imaging across head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities; conduct CT angiography as needed.
  • Coordinate with radiologists and imaging staff to ensure timely, accurate results.
