FirstEnergy Corp in Akron, OH seeks a Compliance Specialist to help develop, maintain, and monitor AMRC in alignment with NERC CIP and PRC standards. You will work with the Asset Management Support team to ensure effective policy compliance and reporting.
The role requires strong writing, collaboration with SMEs, and the ability to deliver timely updates to procedures and documentation across CASCADE, PowerPlan, EDOA, FileNet, and SAP.
This is an open position with FirstEnergy Service Co., a subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp. This position reports to the Manager, Asset Management Support and supports the development, maintenance, and monitoring of AMRC in alignment with FirstEnergy and North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) CIP policies and procedures.
This role can be located at FirstEnergy locations with preference Akron, OH, Holland, OH. Greensburg, PA, Reading, PA, Fairmont, WV.

The estimated pay range for this role is $68,425-$133,800.
The pay range for certain locations, including the state of New Jersey, include a 20% differential to account for an increased cost of living, making the pay range $82,110-160,560.
