Qualifications

• At least 3 years of body shop estimating experience required.
• Estimator Certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational/technical school preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required.
• Strong written/oral communication, problem solving, and decision making skills are required.
• DOT/OSHA safety policy adherence is required.
• Willingness to travel and comply with Penske employment processes.

Responsibilities

• Write collision repair estimates.
• Complete repair estimates in Adjustrite system (downloading into Summit).
• Communicate with internal and external customers.
• Maintain superior customer relations and professional communication.
• Adhere to safety policies and work requirements.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
