Step Into Precision: A Day in Your New Role Imagine clocking in at a shop built around mission- critical quality. You head to a 4- axis horizontal mill or a mill- turn lathe, review the setup plan, and load your first parts. You prove out the program, tweak tool and work offsets, and make smart edits on the fly. Throughout the shift, you move between CNC lathes, mill- turns, and 3/4/5- axis mills, interpreting complex blueprints and GD&T to keep tolerances tight. You verify everything with micrometers, calipers, and indicators, document results, and partner closely with supervisors, engineering, maintenance, and quality to keep production flowing. Your work supports aerospace, defense, semiconductor, and advanced automation customers who rely on us to get it right—every time.
