Job summary

Blue United Sourcing in Valdosta, GA, seeks Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) to join a comprehensive outpatient cancer center. The CMD will work within a multidisciplinary radiation oncology team, developing safe, accurate treatment plans with advanced planning systems on-site.

The ideal candidate holds CMD certification, a bachelor's degree, strong IMRT/SBRT planning experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with oncologists, physicists, and therapists to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• CMD certification required and MDCB-certified.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong planning and physics understanding.
• 2+ years IMRT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design individualized radiation treatment plans per prescription.
• Generate dose distributions and calculations with physicist/oncologist.
• Develop plans for 3D, IMRT, and SBRT modalities.
• Provide support for image fusion and treatment delivery.
• Assist with brachytherapy procedures as needed.
• Serve as resource for therapists during planning and implementation.
• Verify accuracy of treatment calculations and documentation.
