Qualifications

• RN license plus 5 years of appropriate clinical experience (adult Med/Surg).
• 3 years supervisory experience preferred (charge nurse or team leader).
• Bachelor's degree or experience commensurate with a degree; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the clinical and financial outcome of care for an assigned caseload.
• Facilitates care of observation and inpatients during hospitalization by coordinating resources to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Uses CI principles in case management.
