Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending products/services/solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns and create customized solutions.
• Sell and fulfill banking products (checking/savings, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, loans).
• Identify needs that require licensed sales support and refer to the appropriate partners.
• Quote rates, terms, and programs for solutions.
• Manage risk in each transaction while following relevant laws, rules, and regulations.

OVERVIEW

In this role, you will support clients by handling service needs and identifying opportunities to recommend banking products and solutions that help meet their financial goals.

Compensation

$25.00 per hour(Direct Hire)

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Ability to ask probing questions, explain options in plain language, build rapport, and handle objections
• Comfort receiving ongoing coaching/feedback
• Comfortable with change and learning new processes/technology
• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Strong organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
