Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Utica, Rochester and Washington is seeking a dedicated Cleaning and Restoration Technician to support our home and business clients with carpet and floor cleaning, water and mold remediation, and related restoration services. You will contribute to customer satisfaction by delivering timely, high-quality work, completing documentation, and maintaining equipment.

Prior cleaning experience and IICRC certifications are valued, with opportunities for advancement within

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED).
• Adequate math skills and ability to assess equipment needs.
• Basic computer and mobile reporting skills.
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred or related cleaning specialty.
• IICRC certifications are highly desirable.
• Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet and floor cleaning and restoration services offered by the company.
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Maintain appearance and stock of tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Inspect completed work and log daily activities.
• Learn and operate the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
