Job summary

Jabil Florence, KY is seeking a dedicated technician to verify, diagnose, and repair electronic circuit board assemblies. You will work with basic powered functional tests, utilize precision test equipment, and reference detailed assembly documentation to ensure quality and reliability.

You will contribute to an ongoing data evaluation program to improve diagnostic efficiency, adhere to safety policies, and collaborate with the Diagnostic team to meet yield goals.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair to basic powered functional test failures to a component level.
• Proficient use of electronic test and measurement equipment.
• Understand and utilize assembly documentation (schematics, BOMs, EC documents, visuals).
• Assist Test Engineering with data evaluation to improve diagnostic efficiency.
• Follow Jabil production requirements, rules, policies and procedures.
• Work as a team to achieve Diagnostic department's yield goals.
• Adhere to safety and health rules and company security policy.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to component level for basic powered functional test failures.
• Operate electronic test and measurement equipment proficiently.
• Utilize schematics, BOMs, EC docs and testing procedures.
• Support data evaluation programs to improve diagnosis efficiency.
• Adhere to Jabil production rules, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with team to achieve diagnostic yield goals.
• Follow all safety, health, and security policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.
