Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist II to support the operating room team. Qualifications

• High School Diploma. Graduation from an accredited school of surgical technology or surgical technology military program.
• At least one year of work experience as a Certified Surgical Tech required.
• Basic Life Support current and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sterile supplies and equipment for surgeries.
• Perform room duties involved with direct patient care.
• Function autonomously as a member of the operating room team.
• Assist providers and nurses with vaginal deliveries and instrument flow.
