Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Assist pharmacists with prescriptions: data entry, counting, labeling.
• Ensure prescriptions are ready in a timely manner.
• Maintain pharmacy records as required by law.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Assist customers in locating over-the-counter items.
• Follow attendance and paid time off policies and scheduling.
• Understand and adhere to state and federal laws and regulations.
• Assist in pharmacy inventory, ordering, stocking, and returns.
• Support department cleanliness and appearance.
