Job summary

The Brentwood Senior Living in Lawton, OK is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA). You will administer medications and treatments while supporting the caregiving team to keep residents safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

Active Med Tech Certification and a high school diploma (or equivalent) are preferred. We offer competitive pay, shift differentials, vacation time, holidays, insurance, 401K, mentorship, and growth opportunities.

  • Active and valid Med Tech Certification is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications safely and accurately within scope of practice.
  • Monitor medication dosages and maintain proper storage.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living.
  • Record vital signs and weights to monitor resident stability.
  • Provide personal hygiene care with respect and compassion.
  • Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.
  • Ensure residents’ comfort using available resources and materials.
  • Transport residents as needed.
  • Communicate observations and concerns to the nursing supervisor.

About the Role:

As a ACMA, you’ll play a crucial role in our residents’ health and well-being. You’ll administer medications and treatments while supporting our caregiving team to ensure residents remain safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications safely and accurately within your scope of practice
