Job summary

Atria Health is seeking Advanced Care Providers (NPs and PAs) to join our Internal Medicine teams in New York. You will work with the Chief Medical Officers to deliver high-quality, preventive, and acute care for adult patients, including urgent visits on weekends.

Qualified candidates have NYS NP or PA licensure, 2+ years of practice, BLS/ACLS certification, and the ability to work weekend shifts in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Qualifications

• Current NYS license as NP or PA
• 2+ years as NP or PA-C
• BLS & ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun)
• Experience in Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, or Family Medicine

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health assessments with medical history and examinations.
• Prescribe medications and order/interpret tests; manage chronic conditions.
• Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and specialists.
• Perform clinical tasks (phlebotomy, IV, EKG) and assist in urgent visits when needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
