Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is seeking an Advanced Care Procedural Coordinator to manage the end-to-end procedural care process across ambulatory service lines. The role supports operating room, endoscopy, and Cath/Angio lab utilization while enhancing the overall patient experience.

Overview

The Advanced Care Procedural Coordinator coordinates the end-to-end procedural care process for patients across advanced ambulatory service lines, serving as the primary liaison between providers, facilities, and patients. This role ensurestimelyprocedural access, pre-operative readiness, and post-operative follow-up whileoptimizingprovider productivity, Operating Room, Endoscopy, and/or Cath/Angio Labutilization, and the overall patient experience

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $22.46 - $33.33 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
