Job summary

Dignity Health in San Luis Obispo, CA, is seeking a Cardiac Echo Sonographer to perform cardiovascular procedures at a proficient level. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in acute care ultrasound procedures and a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology.

This position requires independent judgement in patient care, and the ability to work effectively within a team. A current RDCS and/or RVT certification along with a BLS CPR card is required. The pay range is $59.69 - $71.53 per hour.

Qualifications

• Three years recent acute care experience performing Cardiovascular Ultrasound procedures.
• Knowledge in both general and cross-sectional anatomy and physiology.
• Current BLS CPR card.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiovascular ultrasound procedures at a technically proficient level.
• Position and instruct the patient, operate ultrasound equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation of procedures.
