Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; one-year certificate preferred.
• Three to six months related experience and/or training.
• Strong, professional English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities.
• Demonstrated accuracy, consistency, and thoroughness.

Responsibilities

• Assemble standard electronic cable, connectors and components per customer specs.
• Read and apply production work instructions and company policies.
• Interpret diagrams, prints and specs to determine materials and processes.
• Measure, cut, and assemble cables, including coaxial/USB/Ethernet variants.
• Operate soldering/crimping tools and equipment.
• Perform quality checks, labeling and documentation of production records.
