Autism Spectrum Therapies in Fontana, CA, is seeking an Advanced Behavior Technician to deliver protocol-based ABA therapy to clients and participate in scheduled sessions. You will document care, maintain safety processes, and ensure data fidelity while contributing to a compliant, patient-focused environment.

The role emphasizes reliability, ongoing trainings, and potential coaching duties; a High School Diploma and 1,000+ ABA hours are required, with applicable certifications as required by

• A minimum of 1,000 hours of ABA experience and demonstrated advanced clinical competence.
• Certification, registration and/or license, as required by local statutes and/or policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behavior treatment by protocol to clients as directed using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Attend scheduled treatment sessions.
• Follow all client treatment and safety processes and procedures as instructed.
• Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies.
• Collect and record data with fidelity and reliability.
• Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings.
• Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• This role has no supervisory responsibilities, but may serve as a coach and mentor for other employees.

Overview

Advanced Technicians are Behavior Technicians whohave demonstrated significant experience and competence delivering behavior treatment based on the science of ABA. Advanced Technicians work more independently, are reliable, organized and professional, have mastery of ABA teaching concepts, and have a demonstrated ability working more complex cases.

Advanced Technicians support other technicians and their supervisors in ensuring services are delivered with reliability and fidelity. They often support local clinical leadership with clinical administrative responsibilities and/or special projects. They are extremely flexible and have a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

High School Diploma

A minimum of 1,000 hours of ABA experience and demonstrated advanced clinical competence

Certification, registration and/or license, as required by local statutes and/or policies
