Job summary

Garmin Ltd. is seeking a full-time Avionics Installation Technician 2 at its headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and testing certified and experimental avionics systems in various aircraft.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in general aviation, maintenance or avionics.
• Ability to read/interpret wiring diagrams and manuals.
• Experience in aircraft wiring harness fabrication and installation.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and test avionics systems.
• Develop documentation for new avionics systems.
• Mentor lower-level technicians and assist in maintenance.
