Bergstrom Automotive in Appleton, WI is seeking an Automotive Technician for the Bergstrom Refurbishment Center on Victory Lane. Primary duties include diagnosing and repairing engines, transmissions, electrical, and HVAC systems, plus conducting thorough inspections to ensure vehicles meet manufacturer specs.

We offer a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm with a competitive starting wage and a flat-rate earning potential.

Qualifications

• Technical training is required.
• ASE certification or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a certified automotive technician.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostic and repair work on engine, transmission, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate repair needs and timelines to guests with service advisors.
• Mentor entry-level technicians to support skill development and teamwork.
