Job summary

A leading automotive retailer in Maryland seeks a Retail Parts Pro to provide exceptional selling experiences and support DIY customers. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and be responsible for achieving sales goals while providing outstanding customer service. ASE Certification is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation of $16.45 - $18.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installations and testing.
