A leading automotive parts retailer in Maryland is seeking a Retail Parts Professional for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts, and have proven sales ability. Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, managing customer DIY services, and ensuring excellent store appearance. The role requires 3-5 years of automotive parts experience. Competitive hourly compensation of $18.15-$19.96 is offered.

Formación

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
