Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions, with expert knowledge of store systems and parts. The role includes sourcing from multiple channels, managing inventory, and delivering strong customer service. It is a full-time position based in the United States.

The role requires automotive parts knowledge, selling skills, and the ability to operate POS and inventory systems. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
