Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer in Ohio seeks a full-time Retail Parts Pro to provide exceptional customer service and assist with automotive parts sales. The role requires extensive knowledge of automotive systems and sales experience. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills and have prior experience in an automotive setting. Compensation ranges from $14.95 to $16.45 per hour and includes various benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience required.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in customer transactions.
• Must speak and write in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals.
