This full-time role involves managing services, achieving sales goals, and maintaining high standards of store appearance. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of automotive experience and strong communication skills. Compensation ranges from $13.40 to $14.74 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of automotive systems including internal engine, suspension, brakes.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Capacity to read and interpret documents like safety rules and parts catalogs.
• Ability to work assorted hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and objectives.
• Manage DIY services like battery installation.
• Maintain store cleanliness and customer service standards.
