Job summary

Poclain Hydraulics Inc in Sturtevant, WI is seeking an Advanced Assembly Technician to assemble hydraulic motors and components using hand and power tools, read drawings, and follow work instructions. You will inspect, test, troubleshoot, perform rework, and support continuous improvement while maintaining a safe, clean work area; opportunities to train teammates and advance.

This role offers pay up to $30/hour, a $1.50/hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, comprehensive benefits,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic motors and components using hand tools, power tools, and torque equipment.
• Read and follow assembly drawings, bills of material, and work instructions.
• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot assemblies to ensure quality and performance.
• Perform rework and resolve assembly-related issues.
• Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
• Assist with training less-experienced team members.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
