Job summary

Honeywell Building Automation is seeking an Advanced Application Engineer to design and deploy cutting-edge building automation applications, collaborating with product teams and customers to deliver efficient, sustainable solutions that improve safety, energy performance, and occupant comfort. You will report to the Sr.

Field Service Manager and work from our Miami, FL location on-site, handling requirements gathering, tailored solution development, deployment support, and ongoing optimization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in application engineering, preferably in building automation or related industries.
  • Expertise in Honeywell Building Automation products and solutions.
  • Experience with application design, configuration, and troubleshooting of building control systems, including software deployment and integration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced application solutions for Honeywell Building Automation products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide expert technical support and training to customers and internal stakeholders on product configuration and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues during project implementation.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance application capabilities.
