Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC seeks an Advanced Analytics Lead to identify, develop, and implement AI solutions across the organization. You will partner with business and technology teams to apply predictive analytics, ML, automation, and emerging AI capabilities to drive decisions and outcomes.

The role requires senior technical leadership, data governance adherence, and alignment with business needs while delivering practical, scalable analytic solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of overall work experience.
• 5 years in Business-General, 2 years in IT, 2 years in Management, 1 year in Strategy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to apply advanced analytics, machine learning, automation, and AI by partnering with stakeholders to understand needs and define analytical approaches.
• Prepare, explore, and analyze structured and unstructured data using profiling, statistics, pattern recognition, data mining, and NLP; clearly communicate findings.
• Design, develop, test, and implement predictive models, ML solutions, and AI applications; document methods, validate results, and interpret outputs for business use.
• Develop and maintain repeatable data prep, analysis, model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes, including automation.
• Provide technical leadership for advanced analytics and AI by evaluating techniques, establishing standards, supporting governance, and promoting policy adherence.
