Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking candidates for an EMS AEMT role in Canonsburg. You will deliver advanced life support and transport in prehospital and hospital settings, communicating with multiple teams to ensure effective care.

The position includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus with a one-year commitment for eligible candidates and requires PA AEMT credentials with current CPR and valid driver's license. Training and compliance with HIPAA and safety policies are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• PA Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) or EMS Compact Privilege to Practice in PA at the AEMT level.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced life support and transport to the critically ill or injured in prehospital settings.
• Drive emergency vehicle to scene and hospital.
• Complete required documentation per regulatory standards.
• Maintain equipment and inventory for BLS/ALS; manage medications on each EMS unit.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
