Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an inpatient RN to deliver comprehensive nursing care in a clinical setting, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, while addressing patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and ensure smooth discharge planning.

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program in Nursing is required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
