The position includes advanced advising duties and may require some after-hours advising as needed to assist students in achieving their educational goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (earned by start date). A Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years of directly relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a Master's degree.
• Advanced Advisor: Master's degree (earned by start date) in a related field is required.
• Advisor: No experience required with a Master's degree.
• Advanced Advisor: Minimum of two years of experience in the role of Academic Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Co-create educational plans with students in CBAS disciplines.
• Provide academic and career advising to students.
• Monitor progress to graduation for traditional, transfer, undeclared, and pre-professional health students.
• Be flexible to provide advising after traditional work hours.
