Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of college or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales industry experience preferred.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• State Funeral Directors License.
• Insurance license if required by state/province law.
• Ability to pass the company’s presentation certification within thirty days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: prospect daily and obtain referrals.
• Explain and present to families and referrals to drive growth.
• Network and build community relationships in assigned locations.
• Build trust-based relationships with families and support ongoing needs.
• Prepare for appointments with professionalism and attention to detail.
