Sub-Acute, Long-Term Care is a rapidly growing sector of healthcare offering work-life balance flexibility (no on-call or weekends).
We are seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) Wound Care Nurse Practitioner for a float position across several centers in eastern West Virginia, including Charles Town, Shepherdstown, and Martinsburg. This role is not suitable for new graduates.
The salary range is $111,000 - $128,000 annually.

The Advanced Practice Wound Provider reports to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. They collaborate on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet center-specific goals and work with the Medical Director or Attending Physician for patient care. The provider delivers acute and chronic wound care services to nursing center residents, working closely with other medical staff to improve patient outcomes and support the center’s mission of delivering high-quality healthcare with compassion.
