ADULT-USE CANNABIS RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE - Brookline, MA

OVERVIEW

Sanctuary is seeking dynamic and passionate candidates to join our team at our Adult-Use Cannabis Retail Store in Brookline, MA.

The Sanctuary Brookline associate plays a key role in ensuring the store operates in compliance with Massachusetts regulations. We are looking for candidates who will positively represent Sanctuary’s commitment to serving our community and creating a positive retail cannabis experience for all visitors. Responsibilities include facilitating smooth customer interactions, providing accurate product guidance, and assisting both new and returning customers.

We value flexibility and cross-training in various roles such as customer service at the point of sale, reception desk, ID verification at the door, and inventory management.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 21 years of age
• Minimum one year of hospitality, retail, or cannabis experience
• Successful criminal background check with no felony convictions
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Flexibility with scheduling, including ability to fulfill closing shifts
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, holidays
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
