General Hours of Work:Monday- Friday (8:00 AM- 6:00 PM CST)

Exempt/Nonexempt: Non-Exempt (hourly)

Department/Unit:Specialty Clinic

Hours/FTE:20-25 hours per week

Reports To: Avel eCare Medical Director

Summary:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Physician is able to work from home with flexible shifts!

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• MD or DO degree is required.

CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS:

• Board eligible is required.
• Board certified and trained in Psychiatry is required within 5 years of start date.
• North Dakota license required before start date.
• DEA registrations will be required.
