Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking Adult Psychiatrists to join our clinical team. This role focuses on outpatient care delivered in-person or via telehealth, with Flexible work schedules and a hybrid work model.

You will manage medication and psychotherapy for adults, aiming for comprehensive, patient-centered mental healthcare. Board certification and a US medical license are required.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in one or more US states, BE/BC, unencumbered DEA.
• Experience in both medication management and psychotherapy.
• Experience treating adults with a variety of mental healthcare needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for adults.
• Prescribe and monitor medications as part of care.
• Provide psychotherapy and therapy referrals as needed.
• Document clinical encounters and coordinate care with the team.

Job Description

As an Adult Psychiatrist at LifeStance Health, you're an integral part of our team, serving the mental healthcare needs of our clients. You'll see clients in an outpatient clinical setting either in-person or via telehealth.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day job responsibilities will include: evaluating, diagnosing, developing treatment plans, prescribing medication, monitoring medication, evaluating treatment plans, providing referrals for additional treatment needs, documentation, and providing therapy.
