Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Diagnose and treat mental illnesses and disorders
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, regularly assessing and adjusting to optimize outcomes
• Deliver and supervise interventional treatments including IV Ketamine
• Prescribe medications, monitor effectiveness, side effects, and patient preferences
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and optimize treatment
• Order labs, diagnostic tests, and specialty consultations for integrated physical and mental health care
• Engage in supervision and mentorship of Advanced Practice Providers, with protected time and support structures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 2 years of experience
• Completed an accredited four-year psychiatry residency
• Deep knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatments
• Interest in learning about TMS, Spravato, and ketamine protocols
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
• Proficient in supportive therapy and appropriate referrals
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and colleagues
• Interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy
