Job summary

The Mental Wellness Center in Bloomington, IL is seeking a full-time Adult Therapist who is provisionally or fully licensed. You will provide individual therapy to adults with a schedule that includes two evenings until 7 p.m. or a weekend shift, with supervision toward licensure for provisional licensees.

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time, provisionally or fully licensed therapist to provide individual therapy to adults. You will work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and more, using evidence-based approaches that fit each person. There is room to develop a specialty, and we will support you in building one.

Preferred Qualifications

• Training in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT skills, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), or Prolonged Exposure (PE).
• Experience with trauma, including complex trauma.
• Experience working with neurodivergent adults.
• Interest in developing a clinical specialty, group, or workshop.

What We Offer

• $1500 sign-on bonus.
• Pay of $42,50 to $55.65 per insurance-billed session for provisionally licensed clinicians and $51.25 to $66.15 for fully licensed clinicians, with clear progression tied to licensure and caseload milestones.
• Full-time clinicians can expect approximately $63,000 to $82,687.50 annually, plus paid time off.
