• Provide treatment planning and review for/with clients annually.
• Provide full regimen of therapeutic modalities, including psychotherapy, case management and crisis stabilization for established caseload.
• Responsible for maintaining complete, accurate and timely documentation in medical records per NH, HIPAA and QA standards.
• Maintain and provide consistent schedule, including in-home and remote days as directed by management.
• Check client insurance information.
• Attend meetings, trainings and events as assigned.
• Performs tasks, projects and other duties as assigned.

The Role

As a Therapist with our Adult Services team, you will provide counseling to the Adult population. You will also be responsible for treatment planning and review for/ with clients. In this role, you may work in individual settings or with groups, always striving to make an important difference in our community.

This is a hybrid position offering schedule flexibility and work from home options.

Specific Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments, appropriate triage and referrals
• Provide treatment planning and review for/with clients annually
• Provide full regimen of therapeutic modalities, including psychotherapy, case management and crisis stabilization for established caseload
• Responsible for maintaining complete, accurate and timely documentation in medical records in accordance with standards set by the State of NH, HIPAA and Agency Quality Assurance Program
• Maintain and provide consistent schedule, with both in home and remote days, per management discretion, that enhances the department's ability to respond to client's needs
• Check client insurance information
• Attends meetings, trainings and events as assigned
• Performs tasks, projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Licensed in New Hampshire to provide outpatient psychotherapeutic services
• Ability to communicate effectively with others both orally and in writing
• Must be able to exercise independent judgement and use discretion in the performance of these duties while operating within the limits of standard practice
• Must possess computer skills necessary to perform duties of this position
• Valid driver's license, proof of adequate automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation is required
