Job summary

Denver Health is seeking an experienced Psychologist to provide clinical services to adults in a fast-paced hospital setting. The role includes assessment, psychotherapy, and leadership within the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include teaching and supervising trainees, contributing to program development, and performing comprehensive diagnostic assessments with a focus on biopsychosocial care.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in psychology from an accredited program.
• Postdoctoral experience preferred; newly licensed considered.
• Licensed Psychologist in the state and BLS/CPR required.
• Multicultural competence and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Experience with psychotherapy, assessment and supervision responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy and diagnostic assessment for adults.
• Deliver brief and long-term interventions; conduct testing as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and generate recommendations.
• Document assessments and interventions in the medical record timely.
• Teach and supervise psychology trainees; engage in faculty activities.
• Support program improvement and academic initiatives.
