Community Care Network in Rutland, Vermont is seeking an Adult Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. You will perform clinical duties under RN supervision, including vital signs, injections, drug screening, and health education.

The role requires CCMA certification, BLS/First Aid, and at least 1 year of MA experience; local travel may be needed. We offer a competitive pay and comprehensive benefits in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) required.
• BLS and First Aid Certification required.
• 1 year Medical Assistant or equivalent experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide client care as part of a team of doctors, nurses, mental health professionals, and therapists.
• Administer injections as ordered by the provider under supervision.
• Observe patient behavior, vital signs, drug screens, and collect samples as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain supply inventory for client areas.
• Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
• Support patient education groups and track testing requirements.
