Formación

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 12 months of nursing experience.
• Ability to float to multiple departments including cardio/pulmonary, orthopedics, short stay, surgical renal, surgical trauma, neurology.

Responsabilidades

• Provides patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions and communicating the nursing care plan to the health care team.
• Develops nursing care plans by assessing patients, documenting physical and psychological status, and coordinating with family.
• Educates patients and families about health conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Evaluates patient care by monitoring outcomes and adjusting plans as needed.
• Maintains infection-control practices and safe medication handling per policies.
• Documents patient care in appropriate charts and records.
