A renowned medical organization is looking to immediately hire a Full-time board-certified Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner (FNP/ANP) to work in two offices in Flanders and Dover, New Jersey. A minimum of one year of experience and a New Jersey state license are required. The organization offers a salary of $70 to $85 per hour, plus a hefty benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments, including physical exams, medical histories, and diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare team members.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of health conditions, prescribing medications, and therapies as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with evidence-based practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey license and NP certification.
• National certification as a Family/Adult Nurse Practitioner (FNP/ANP).

Schedule

• Mon, Wed, and Fri: 9 AM to 5 PM,
• Tue & Thu: 11 AM to 7 PM,
• Every other Saturday, 11 AM - 2 PM
• No on-call
  
  

Compensation

• $70 to $85 per hour
