Qualifications

• Bachelor's level or higher degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on Sundays.
• Deep faith in Jesus Christ, Christian values, strong interpersonal skills, and personal integrity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate class offerings and schedules for Adult Faith Formation.
• Coordinate space needs, room assignments, setup and reset for classes and events.
• Provide logistical support for lay-led classes and groups.
• Setup and manage registration and attendance for classes, groups, and events.
• Work with Communications Team to promote classes/groups/events.
• Prepare and distribute newsletters and weekly reminders.
• Coordinate hospitality for all classes, groups, and events.
• Track expenses and submit receipts for budgeting purposes.
