Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate class offerings and schedules for adult faith formation.
• Coordinate space needs, room assignments, setup and reset; manage registrations and attendance.
• Collaborate with Communications Team to promote classes and events; send reminders and newsletters.
• Provide hospitality for classes, groups, events; assist with on-site support for special events and guest speakers.
• Track expenses, support budget processes, and submit receipts as needed.
