Part-Time Bus Driver Training Instructor

Spring/Summer 2025

Job Description:

MSAD 54 Adult Education is seeking an instructor to train school bus drivers (Class B, P and S endorsement).

Instruction will include both classroom theory (10-15 hours) and range and road (approximately 40-50 hours). Pay will be $35/hour.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
2. Hold a valid Maine bus driver license with endorsements; minimum of two years of driving experience
3. Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and relate positively with other staff
4. Must be able to pass the MSAD 54 driver annual physical
5. Prior teaching experience preferred
