Qualifications

• Proficiency with educational technology and online platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver engaging lessons across reading, writing, mathematics, and social studies for adult learners.
• Assess student levels and progress using diagnostic tools and assessments.
• Develop individualized learning plans and provide differentiated instruction.
• Maintain accurate student records per college and state guidelines.
• Collaborate with support staff, counselors, and other faculty for comprehensive student support.
• Stay current with best practices in adult education, instructional technology, and curriculum development.
• Participate in professional development and faculty meetings.

• Assist students with goal setting, career exploration, and post-secondary planning.
