1st Choice is seeking a Coordinated Assessment System CAS Assessor to support a statewide initiative focused on ensuring adults with IDD receive the services and support they need to thrive. In this role, you will conduct person centered assessments using the CAS tool to help guide the development of individualized care and support plans.

Bilingual candidates English Spanish are strongly preferred.
Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by completing comprehensive, person centered assessments that directly influence care planning and service delivery across New York State.
Receive ongoing training support with CAS certification and opportunities for career advancement.
Travel between assessment locations will be reimbursed. This includes mileage for personal vehicle use.
Must have own car for daily travel between assessment locations
